Below is a quick look at the process for each video. Some of this may change as we iron out the details/schedules. Please, share any ideas that come to mind!

brand essence video

Deliverables | 2-min version, :30-sec version

This project requires 2 production days, beginning with a full day of interviews with the “core four”, followed by a second day of capturing the work environment (designing, meeting with clients, etc). Much of this can be staged for the sake of scheduling, though we will capture more candid moments throughout the process. We will also capture beauty shots of completed projects, as permitted. The overall feel of this video will be personal, polished, professional.

Implementation

This video can be placed at the masthead of your web page, as well as be linked within your email signatures. This video serves as the first point of contact between you and the world. Think of it as your storefront for people passing by, converting leads and as a referral tool for existing customers. Someone will watch this video and understand everything they need to know about your business in less than 2 minutes. By the end of it, they will be excited to work with you.


Success Stories

Deliverables | 2-3x :60-sec videos

This project requires 1-2 production days, depending on number of participants. We will begin by filming interviews and b-roll of the client in their Elbow Room environment (painting, writing, yoga, etc), as well as beauty shots of the Elbow Room. Each production will take a minimum of 5 hours, start to finish. The overall feel of these videos will be inspiring, candid, documentary-style.

Implementation

Testimonial videos are the best conversion tool, sharing your proof-of-success and making your happy clients the heroes of your story. We should share these on every platform possible!


process/faq videos

Deliverables | 6-8 Process videos, 8-10 FAQ videos, <:90-sec/vid

We would begin by filming FAQ/Process videos, presented on-camera by the corresponding department heads. Support footage will be captured during site visits throughout the build process and, in some cases, we can record presentations on-site. The overall feel of these videos will be relaxed, informative, and focused on customer care.

Implementation

Once we identify the milestones of a project, these can become companion videos that are sent via email to your clients to set expectations and prepare them for the next step. We could also create a ‘resources’ tab on your site where clients have access to all of the FAQ videos. These are great tools for use within the sales cycle as well as production phases, as you have answered their questions in advance. The goal of these videos is to make your process crystal clear.


social media content

Deliverables | 10x :06-:15-sec videos per month

Social Content will be distributed as new footage is captured. We should discuss if these videos will be polished with logo/music or delivered in raw format.

Implementation

We can deliver videos specs for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.


press release

Deliverables | 2-minute version w/ extended clips

The Press Release will be assembled as video projects are completed. This can be a mixture of the Elbow Room Brand Essence and Success Stories videos and, in some cases, edit sequences will be duplicated from these videos. We will supply extended b-roll clips for media usage as well.
